What are your shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are based on sales. As follows:
from $05.00 to $35.00 – Shipping cost: $20.00
from $35.01 to $75.00 – Shipping cost: $30.00
from $75.01 to $115.00 – Shipping cost: $40.00
from $115.01 to $149.99 – Shipping cost: $50.00
Over $150.00 – Free Shipping
What are your payment options?
E-transfer via Interac is the only pament methold for on-line orders. Cash, cheque or E-transfer acceptable for all pick-up orders. Please note: we do not process orders until we have received your e-transfer payment. Interac information is available on the top of your order.
Can I pick-up my order?
Absolutely, orders can be picked-up one to two business days after the order has been picked. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick-up.
When do you start shipping?
We start shipping dahlia tubers mid-April through to the middle of June. Orders are shipped in order received. If you want your order shipped sooner, there is a $15 surcharge to do so, plus your order is not guaranteed against freezing.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Unfortunately, we only sell and ship within Canada at the present time.
